Blackberry
on facebook does a good job getting out the content of their products and key
features and benefits of it. They post many images of their product being used
as well as the benefits of using it. They do believe that they are the best
smartphone and here is a post to show how compatible they are with other
phones.
The only
problem with Blackberry is that they don’t post enough. The time between posts
may take a full month which is not good and does not keep customers
entertained.
Lg on the
other hand focuses mainly on its key features like good sound and picture
quality but also in customer service. They help existing customers with the
navigation throughout their phones and some cool features that they can use.
Lg does a
much better job at posting regularly that way they can keep the audience
engaged. I believe that LG is the better Company when it comes to Facebook
Marketing because they have way more likes and keep the page updated.
