Blackberry and LG

This is a post showing how well each company does at maintaining and the content of their social media sites.

LG

Smartphones

LG is a very popular smartphone company that specializes more so on the lifestyle side of smartphones. They are competitive with many other big name brands like Apple and Samsung. They are present on many social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube and the one we will focus on, twitter.

LG does an excellent job at making sure their social media is updated. They tweet almost every day and sometimes multiple times a day. LG does a great job at attracting the audience. They use a great variety of pictures around the world taken with their phones. They post mostly pictures to engage the audience by showing how good their phone is, so at the same time they are showing key features to sell it. They do have a fair share of likes but that number can definitely go up.

In conclusion LG does a great job at keeping their site upto date and engages their audience very well. I think the only thing they should do is put in some prices and where to get them.

Blackberry

Smartphone

Blackberry is a very popular smartphone company that specializes more so on the business side of smartphones. They are competitive with many other big name brands like Apple and LG. They are present on many social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube and the one we will focus on, twitter.

Blackberry is pretty frequent with updates on twitter posting normally very 3-4 days. These tweets are normally effective including pictures and links to their products. They use bright and eye catching photos to draw the audience in and important tips and information to intrigue the audience. Their purpose is to sell their product and they do so with prices and key features. They do get a fair share of likes and retweets but that number could definitely be higher.

In conclusion blackberry does a good job with keeping up to date with their social media and I believe that if they keep it up and engage the audience more may be the big company they once were.
